Airway-First Orthodontics for Whole-Body Health.

The real change happens when we stop chasing cosmetic fixes and start giving the airway the space it needs.

When breathing is compromised, the body negatively adapts. Airway-first care can transform your family’s health.

The Protocol That Turns Orthodontics Into Whole-Body Care

To make sense of how breathing shapes health and to give patients a clear roadmap to better sleep, growth and whole‑body wellbeing, Dr. Christensen developed a simple, evidence‑based framework. The SPACE Framework brings structure to complex decisions and helps patients understand why each step matters.

Meet Dr. Bret Christensen

Better breathing should lead to better living. My team and I measure outcomes to ensure it does.

In children, our airway focused treatments can produce 40 to 46 percent increases in airway size, with some cases doubling the narrowest part of
the airway.

In adults, our non surgical expansion protocols can create 3 to 8 cubic centimeters of additional nasal space, often improving sleep quality while reducing snoring and fatigue.

These changes are measured before and after treatment and are directly
tied to how patients feel and function day to day.
